adidas Originals has created a video game available exclusively on a USB Key contained in the packaging of the adiGames ZX 500. Back in the mid-’80s the adidas ZX 500 led the way as a biomechanically correct, high-mileage running shoe. This season, it returns with a fresh look inspired by ’80s video games, mixing reflective elements and leather with a vmulticolored midsole and undersole.
Inline with this inspiration, the game, entitled “ZX Runner,” is an ’80s-style platformer that lets you take on the role of DJ Zed as he races through to a blacked-out neighborhood to get to his midnight set on time. With 5 minutes on the clock, you will need to run, moon-walk, climb walls, avoid some dodgy-looking thugs, collect power-ups, and pull off insane rooftop-to-rooftop stunts to make it to the stage (Via adidas Youtube channel).
